We spent 5 days in Tineke’s charming maisonette in Beaconsfield and were definitely not disappointed. The place was clean and tidy, the bathroom beautiful with the possibility to take a bath and the neighbourhood very quiet. The fan in the main bedroom was powerful and quiet at the same time, enough to cool us down at night. A bus stopping only a couple of minutes from the house took us every day to Freo with no worries. Tineke was very responsive and inquired if everything was good with us. We definitely would go back there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tineke’s. The place was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with great facilities that made our stay relaxing and convenient. What stood out the most was Tineke’s hospitality—she was very helpful and genuinely concerned about ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We wish we never had to leave. When we’re back in Perth, we’re calling this our spot. Best location. Fremantle is a lovely neighbourhood. We had fun at their low key farmer market on Sunday morning. The home was very cozy. Love every area of it including the little outdoor patio. Great to grab breakfast while taking in some fresh air. I cooked a bit so the kitchen was very well equipped as well!”

“I had such a lovely stay in this place. The house is beautifully organized and spotless, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I needed — it was a pleasure to cook and enjoy meals there. The check-in instructions were very clear and made the whole process completely hassle-free. Tineke was absolutely wonderful — so kind, helpful, and always quick to assist whenever I had any questions. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!”

“We really enjoyed your beautiful tiny oasis last three nights. We loved the little courtyard where local birdlife sweeps by. We were surprised how peaceful and quiet the neighbourhood was, so we all had a good night’s sleep.
