Privacy & Terms

Booking & Payment

  • We will issue an email with documents including an invoice for your booking when availability is confirmed.
  • A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Full payment is required 5 days before arrival.
  • Payment can be made via electronic bank transfer (EFT) or credit card (Mastercard/Visa).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 5 days of booking are non-refundable.
  • The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund in exceptional circumstances.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3 pm onwards
  • Check-out: 10 am

Occupancy and Use

  • Maximum number of guests is 3 people, as agreed upon at booking.
  • No parties, events, or unauthorised visitors sleeping over are permitted.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
  • Pets are permitted if approved in writing; guests are expected to supervise their pets at all times and clean up after them.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must keep the property clean and in good condition.
  • Rubbish must be disposed of properly using the bins provided.
  • Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage or loss caused during their stay.

Noise and Residential Amenity

  • Please respect neighbours at all times.
  • No excessive noise, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Breach of this policy may result in eviction without refund.

Liability

  • The owner/manager accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property during their stay.
  • Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings.

  • Information collected during booking (e.g., ID, name, contact details, payment info) is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and providing customer service.
  • We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law or for necessary property management purposes (e.g., cleaning service, emergency maintenance).
  • Your data is stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil legal and administrative obligations.

Breach of Terms
